TO EXPLORE THE INNER YOU AND YOUR CREATIVE POTENTIAL THROUGH MEDIUMSHIP, MOVEMENT, ART AND MEDITATION.

This is a workshop to enjoy a wonderful day of fun exploring our creativity through art, movement, meditation and Mediumship. We will be spending the first part of the day going into our inner world, through working on some Chi Kung exercise, (ancient Chinese tradition of gentle spiritual exercise). Followed by some of our own movement, expressed through music. Then doing some meditation and putting this down on paper through the medium of colour.
This part of the day will be to reorient ate our inner world and discover where we are right now in our lives, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Hopefully finding a balance between all these faculties, using some ancient techniques that I have learned through my own spiritual development.
The latter part of the day will be working more on our outer selves and sharing our abilities of where we are at present in our own spiritual development. This will be through working on different exercises to help us in the development of using our intuition and clairvoyance, with a view to exploring our potential of Mediumship.
No previous experience is necessary to enjoy this workshop. It will be an opportunity to be creative and explore our potential, not just with a view to becoming Mediums, but to see who we are as spiritual beings and enjoying seeing our deeper processes at work. Not something we can do everyday, and it is an opportunity also to share this process with others of like mind and to enjoy sharing new experiences together.
No special clothing is necessary. It may be helpful to bring your own coloured pens, or colours, should you wish to. Coloured crayons and colours and paper will be provided. No previous experience of movement or Chi Kung is necessary either. The movements are very slow and non strenuous, meant to help us relax and slow down.
